These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Member", "Player", "User") and my3win ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the my3win website at my3win.co and all associated services, games, and features (collectively, the "Platform").
By registering an account on my3win, clicking any acceptance checkbox, logging in, making a deposit, or otherwise using any part of the Platform, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming policy, each of which is incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree to any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform and close your account. Continued use of my3win after any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
Access to and use of my3win is subject to the following eligibility conditions, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

Each person may hold only one (1) registered account on the my3win Platform. Multiple accounts operated by the same individual — whether under the same or different personal details, phone numbers, payment methods, or devices — constitute a violation of these Terms. Where duplicate accounts are identified, my3win reserves the right to close all associated accounts and, at its sole discretion, forfeit any balances held therein.
You are required to provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information promptly if it changes. Providing false information — including a false date of birth — is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
my3win reserves the right to request Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your national identity card (MyKad), passport, proof of residential address, or bank statement. Withdrawal processing for accounts that have not completed KYC verification may be suspended pending completion. Failure to provide requested documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. You must notify my3win immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account. my3win will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your account credentials where such use arises from your failure to maintain adequate security.
my3win accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Malaysian payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, Boost, GrabPay, FPX, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, and Public Bank online transfer. The availability of specific payment methods is subject to change without prior notice.
The minimum deposit amount is RM10 per transaction. The minimum withdrawal amount is RM50 per transaction. These thresholds are subject to revision and Members will be notified of any changes via the Platform.
Withdrawal requests from fully verified accounts are typically processed within thirty (30) minutes during operational hours. Processing times may vary based on payment method, account verification status, and any applicable security reviews. my3win reserves the right to apply additional verification steps to withdrawal requests at its sole discretion, particularly for large amounts or first-time withdrawals.
You may only deposit and withdraw using payment accounts registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment accounts — including those belonging to family members or associates — are strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension and return of funds to the source account.
All deposits, withdrawals, balances, and transactions on the my3win Platform are denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR / RM). my3win does not currently support multi-currency accounts.
All bonuses, free credits, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional rewards offered by my3win are subject to specific Terms and Conditions published on the individual promotion page. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail for the purpose of that promotion.
Unless otherwise stated, all bonus amounts credited to a Member's account are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before withdrawal. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated on the relevant promotion page. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period stated. Failure to meet wagering requirements within the validity period will result in the automatic forfeiture of the bonus balance and any winnings derived therefrom.
my3win operates a zero-tolerance policy on bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times; using systematic betting strategies designed to circumvent wagering requirements; participating in any form of coordinated bonus exploitation with other players. my3win reserves the right to void bonuses and winnings, and to permanently close accounts engaged in bonus abuse.
my3win reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice and without liability to any Member.
All games available on the my3win Platform — including but not limited to sportsbook, live casino, slots, and lottery products — are governed by the specific game rules published on the relevant game or category page. By placing a bet or entering a game round, you confirm that you have read and accept the applicable game rules.

Upon closure of an account for legitimate breach, my3win may, at its sole discretion, forfeit any outstanding balance. Upon account closure for administrative reasons (inactivity, Member request), any remaining balance will be returned to the Member via the original deposit method, subject to completion of identity verification.
All content on the my3win Platform — including but not limited to the my3win brand name and logo, website design, game graphics, software, text, imagery, and data — is the exclusive intellectual property of the Company or its licensed providers. No part of the Platform may be reproduced, distributed, modified, displayed, or transmitted in any form without the express prior written consent of the Company.
Game content displayed on the Platform is the intellectual property of the respective game studio providers and is used under licence. All rights are reserved by the respective owners.
my3win collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms. By registering an account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, my3win's total aggregate liability to any Member in connection with use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the relevant claim.
my3win shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings due to technical malfunction, loss of data, or interruption of service, except to the extent that such liability cannot be excluded by law.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" basis. While my3win endeavours to maintain continuous service availability, we do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful code.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority frameworks under which my3win operates. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, we encourage Members to contact my3win support in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally.
Where informal resolution is not achieved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration under the rules applicable to the Company's operating jurisdiction. The language of arbitration shall be English.
my3win reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, we will post a notice on the Platform and update the "Last updated" date at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the Platform following the posting of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of the changes.
If you do not agree to any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and request account closure prior to the effective date of the amendment.
